Big room, tidy, cozy friendly and quiet!!

Strongly recommended. Room was renewed, it was so tidy, clean and modern. Staff was so kind, check in was so fast and they also provided me an early check-in. Breakfast was fair enough, you have a chance to experience a real English breakfast. It is in the center of the Liverpool and it is close to all famous and attractive places. I will definitely stay there next time as well.

Always a pleasure to stay - our usual spot for over night transfers when island hopping. Always perfectly clean, plenty of tea, coffee, and milk pots for a quick brew. Lovely clean bathroom with a big deep P-shaped bath in room 2. Always friendly staff ready to help if needed, but they are happy to let you crack on if you know where you’re going and what you’re doing. Entry is through the yellow door, but check in is within the pub which we didn’t know on our first visit, but as we knew that for this trip, it was even easier!

Everything was perfect. The room was lovely with its huge comfy bed and great arrangement. One night we also had a cocktail at the Skybar and the view was amazing 😍

I loved this hotel and the staff excellent. You are in the heart of everything, we walked everywhere as it was all so close and accessible. I would highly recommend this hotel and the whole area. Exceeded our expectations. Thank you we loved our 4 day stay

The hotel is very nice and the service is perfect. I had a great time. The room is really good, enough space and the bed is comfy. The bathroom was clean and the products were excellent. The spa was a good experience. I enjoyed the steaming room a lot. Finally breakfast was delicious! The location is perfect, close to the center and quiet.
