This accomodation is centrally located at Unity Beach Resort, Brean - Somerset. 33 is a short walk away of all attractions and amenities - The theme park, beach and main street shops, arcades, bars restaurants and takeaways. You wont need a car when you stay here! Entertainment passes are not compulsary. If you wish to purchaes these for any day/s throughout your stay you can do so directly with reception. Please note that all bookings require a 75.00 pound refundable care and respect bond payable to the agent (Celicias Retreat Rentals Brean) after booking. This will be refunded once an inspection has been carried out. (Normally within 7 days of vacate) Any damages will be deducted and additional charges will be invoiced so we ask you to please kindly respect the property. We provide duvets and pillows.
