An exquisite Salcombe experience with the most spectacular views of The Salcombe Estuary. This unique property has a private mooring and use of the outdoor heated swimming pool.

All of Salcombe is right on your doorstep. That includes all the activities on the water and the exquisite shops and restaurants. Literally outside your window you can see the ferry that goes over to East Portlemouth. The Ferry Inn Pub beer garden is below the balcony, therefore you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Salcombe life during the busy summer months.
