This is to ensure access is possible at all times for neighbours and emergency vehicles. (1 small car can be parked within designated garden area, outside of the front door and enclosed by the gate and another car parked outside of this gate in the shared courtyard. Any additional cars will be required to park off site, either on the roadside or in nearby pay and display car parks. • Beach, pub/restaurants, and shop 2 miles This property does not have a dedicated electric vehicle charging point.  Charging an electric vehicle via a domestic three-pin power point poses a fire risk and is strictly prohibited.  Dedicated charging points can be found at the following locations: 1.
