Modern house with good lighting, downstairs toilet and patio
Retired couple that enjoy cycling, playing petanque and looking after their grandchildren
Buzzing Brunswick, with St Ann's Well Gardens at the top of the road and Brunswick Square at the bottom, with restaurants, coffee places and pubs a plenty; ten minute walk to the beach or Brighton centre
