We have been to Chichester many times as it's a lovely little city with lots to see and do! Has great access to trains and buses which means you don't need a car! Plenty of places to eat or drink or both or stay!! We've used the Coastliner bus 700 to go to Portsmouth or the other way to Bognor Regis and then Littlehampton and also from Littlehampton to Brighton, we always get a Discovery ticket which covers u for the day all over the place on all buses!!!
Chichester is a lovely little town with a beautiful cathedral and many quaint little streets. There are plenty of nice shops, bars and restaurants to keep you busy. We had a meal at the Bell Inn pub on the outskirts of Chichester and the food was amazing, would highly recommend!
Charming town with beautiful Cathedral and an excellent array of shops, cafes and restaurants plus a wonderful art gallery. There is a good bus service and many lovely country villages and the coast within easy driving distance.
Beautiful surroundings with so much to do, we were only in the high street but would have loved to explore further. Plenty of pubs and cafes and restaurants to grab food and a good selection of shops.
Chichester is a city of history, with Roman walls and the structure of Roman grid. People were friendly and a lot of visitors enjoyed the calm and yet vibrant atmosphere there. Above all, Chichester Cathedral is a historic place and I was lucky to attend the choir's evensong on Friday. Fishbourne Roman Palace and Gardens is good place to visit and especially in the seasons other than winter.
A wonderful city - full of history, and easily accessible walks round the outer walls. I did not spend enough time there to be able to recommend any particular likes or dislikes but I will certainly go back, and would encourage others to do so.

Heather and Patrick were the perfect hosts. From the moment we arrived until our departure 5 days later. Excellent breakfast , choice and quality. After a bad fall in Chichester , and a visit to A and E, hosts waited up until after midnight , showing great concern, a very kind gesture. A personal touch you would not receive in a large hotel. Would not hesitate to use this B/B again.

We have stayed at the Chichester Park several times before. It has always given quite a high standard. Staff are very helpful, and facilities are good. Breakfast is plentiful and nicely cooked. We have always stayed midweek, when it is reasonably quiet, which is just what we want, as being very busy people, we really need time & place to "wind down" for a day or so.

I didnt eat the breakfast or dinner at the hotel but i did take a drink at the bar which is ok but not great. the water is very hot in the taps. Tea and coffe making in the room is a nice touch. Town centre location with parking is perfect for a city visit The hotel and town have lots of history. There is a great open park next to the hotel.
