5 Beachdown is a stunning contemporary house in a gated development of 12 just 150 yards from the lovely sandy beach in Challaborough. The house sleeps eight people in four ground floor bedrooms, two double (one with en suite shower room) and two twin (one with optional additional single and the other can convert to double), plus a family bathroom. On the first floor is an open plan living space with seating area, dining area and kitchen. Outside is a sunny terrace with table and chairs and steps up to a roof garden with sun loungers, as well as parking for three cars. 5 Beachdown is in the perfect position for a fabulous seaside break in South Devon. Note: Arrival strictly after Electric usage is monitored. The charging of electric cars in ONLY permitted with prior arrangement with the owner regarding payment.
