Welcome Situated next to the historic Saint Pauls Church and short walk to the City Centre and Cathedral this large six bedroom townhouse is the perfect base of operations for any group visiting Canterbury. This 6 bedroom property can sleep 8 comfortably if you like your own bed or thirteen when sharing, each bedroom has orthopaedic mattresses and a smart tv as standard. Please note the tv's in the bedroom do not have terrestrial tv, but we do have Netflix set up on them for you to use. Set up over three floors this property comes equip with two kitchens and 3 bathrooms and an outside courtyard space. Please be advised if there is a large group of you staying in the property please stagger showering times, as we have a tank that will require time to refill and heat back up. Whether it be business or pleasure this property has every amenity to make your stay memorable and convenient. This property does not come with allocated parking but does have two ANPR carparks located nearby. We also use an external linen company who are required to collect weekly Linen from the property, they do adhere to all safety regulations and will always knock first before entering. Canterbury is a great for wandering round quirky side streets, checking out the Cathedral or enjoying one of the many nature trails along the River Stour where there is an abundance of wildlife to see.   Toddlers cove playground comes highly recommended for the little ones to run off some energy, parking is available but it is walkable. Postcode CT2 8BG. Blean woods nature reserve, Westgate gardens and the Tannery Fields all showcase the river and Canterbury at their best and nature at its best. There is also a soft play centre nearby for little ones if the weather is not to great at Canterbury leisure building postcode CT1 3RA The Good shed is a mini-indoor market that sells home grown produce, with outdoor seating available you can grab a coffee and relax. Tiny Tim tearooms are a great place to enjoy afternoon tea. Canterbury itself has lots of coffee shops, restaurants and bars to choose from, we recommend Wild wood and the old weavers house which overlooks the river Stour. Lady Luck bar is also worth visiting. Due to the perfectly central location and closeness of one of the universities you may experience some extra foot traffic passing by.
