The penthouse has great views over Bridge St, a superb location right in the middle of Chester City Centre, you'll find an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops directly below. This stunning Grade II listed building was fully renovated in September 2021. Apartment A sleeps 8 adults and has the benefit of 2 bathrooms. Second floor penthouse apartment on the Chester Rows overlooking Bridge St. Bedroom 1 - The first of 3 bedrooms sleeps 3, it's a large room at the rear of the property. This room is quiet so ideal for light sleepers. It has a king size bed (which on request can be split in to two single beds) and also a single bed. Bedroom 2 - Upstairs double bedroom overlooking the city. Bedroom 3 - Single bedroom. (You need to walk through this room to reach bedroom 2). This room is set up with a day bed and TV. Ideal to use as a second lounge area especially useful for families. Large double sofa bed in main lounge. Two bathrooms, one with large shower and the other with a shower over the bath. Large lounge / dining room with smart TV. This room has city views.
