Positioned within the lovely village and only a short walk to the beaches of Milford On Sea. Views from one of the deluxe Bedrooms towards Lymington, the Solent, Isle of white over open farmland. Set in a quiet no through road and recently undergone a major refurbishment and extension. Decorated in neutral colours with a comfortable homely feel. Two seperate living areas with sofas and TVs for seclusion for guests but allowing for guests to choose if they want to mix and socialise with the host. Guests have full use of the house and can help themselves to the facilities for cooking, washing etc. Guest bedrooms have access to a private bathroom with a shower and bath. Own key supplied on arrival for guests to come and go as they please, driveway parking for several cars, access to two mountain bikes and sea fishing equipment, there is also a large box of toys for the chidren, a pushchair and travel cot.

Steve's a relaxed friendly host who loves meeting new people and socialising, equally happy to have guests stay and have use of the house facilities in a more private enviroment. The local village has numerous pubs and restaurants for us to visit leaving the house free for guests in the evenings.

Milford On Sea has quite a reputation for being a foodie heaven with a broad selection of eateries and pubs, famous for it's music festival week in august with live bands on the green. Fantastic destination for coast access with keyhaven within a mile where you can paddle board canoe and dinghy in shallow sheltrerd waters, the chidren will love the crabbing here also. Lymington and it's cobbled street down to the harbour is only 4 miles away and with Southampton, Bournemouth and the new forest on the doorstep you'll find M.O.S a perfect destination for a weekend away.
