The staff were absolutely wonderful and the food and facilities were fabulous The family room was huge and the beds were so comfortable. Beautiful pool and spa facilites. We will definitely be recommending this hotel!

Lovely clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff - all of them bar one (see below) greeted us with a smile and engaged us in conversation. Beautiful views from the restaurant and bar and the rooms on one side of the hotel. Rooms were well equipped with everything you could need.

Second stay here and very exceptional service for the price we paid. We stayed in a family room with our party of three and both beds were of a good standard. Bathroom as you'd expect, clean and spacious. The room was a little warm on arrival but we had a good sized window that could be opened outwards without any restrictive safety cap (but still safe). We used the spa whilst here which was very clean and well maintained. The saunas, showers and hot tub are a great addition to the pool, which has a beautiful view of the Malvern hills and well worth seeing. The spa has a long opening time (closing at 8) and we were able to make full use of this once we'd checked in. The busiest period was with the children's hour but it was a minor inconvience and still quiet when we arrived.

Great one night stay, honestly didn’t have high hopes because i picked it very last minute but genuinely couldn’t fault it. Reception staff, bar staff all really lovely. Fabulous breakfast. Great pool too!

Absolutely amazing place and definitely recommend to visit. Hotel is very clean, really big rooms what I even didn’t expect, absolutely amazing friendly staff . We like the spa❤️it’s not big but really cozy and very clean. 2 saunas, jacuzzi, swimming pool , also little bar where you can buy different drinks. Regarding food we had a dinner and breakfast in the morning. Dinner was very tasty, lovely atmosphere ❤️ really liked the live music that gives the extra point for the hotel in my opinion. Planning to back there already 😁in love with that place❤️

The room, and the way you had milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Also when asking reception about extra coffee pods they were so helpful and prompt, also asking reception of places to eat other than the hotel again very helpful. Accommodating my social anxiety in the restaurant made my stay more pleasant. The swimming pool was very clean and toasty warm. The receptionist in the spa on both days, very helpful. The jacuzzi both days it was so quiet, I had it to myself and this made it more special.
