Super friendly staff: I felt part of the Rollason Family from Day 1. was v convenient for Comm Games Alexander Stadium, and city centre easy too. They hosted a really fun Irish party on my last night which I’ll always remember Thsnks to one & all, and I hope ur happy with the review!

The location was good, not far from New street train station. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again.

In Birmingham’s center, this modern 4-star hotel offers a luxury health spa with a 16 meter swimming pool and gym with Matrix fitness equipment. staff very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. room had not been cleaned properly, there were biscuit crumbs under one of the chairs and the shelf by the shower head was mouldy. The choice at breakfast was amazing.

The stay at this property has always been great and have stayed here a fair few times, my last experience on Friday 8th April was a little less happy, at around 2:30-3 am on Saturday 9th April we were loudly woken up to loud knocking on the door, which happened to be a very intoxicated guest not knowing his own room.. and then to see him urinate right outside.. and after calling the front desk to which the staff member did respond, I’m beginning to wonder how such a intoxicated person was even able to get to the lifts and not be questioned at reception, the following morning we had to raise it agin at front desk to be told this had been noted and was offered a 20% refund on the room rate of £119.. the entire night was ruined for my girlfriend who could not get to any sleep after and speaking to the duty manager in the morning who was fully aware of the incident, I feel 20% was a kick in the teeth and I would have expected much more for the short falls of acknowledging the people walking in and out of the hotel.. I look forward to hearing from the team at the hotel.
