To the far side of the sitting room is the bathroom with large shower. Upstairs is a spacious bedroom with king size (5’) bed, desk and selection of books. Velux windows offer fantastic views of Ditchling Beacon and the South Downs. Outside, there is a front patio with table and chairs. To the rear opens onto the owners’ large garden, where a lawned area outside the cottage is reserved for your use. The cottage is tucked to the side of the owners’ own home but has its own private entrance, and it offers a secure gated parking through which you are welcome to come and go as you wish.
