The light, airy, extremely spacious apartment is on the 2nd floor of a beautiful Victorian town house built in 1859, with far reaching sea views from 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, washbasin and toilet. There is a separate cloakroom with additional toilet. The large living area has a fully equipped kitchen and there is a separate dining area with a table which seats 5 people. The mainline railway station of Warrior Square with connections to London is a 5 minute walk away. It is perfectly placed to enjoy the local bars, eateries, galleries and shops.
I love living by the sea in St Leonards with my partner and my dog (!) and am excited to share this wonderful town with visitors.
The beach is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and the town has a huge variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops all very close by. Hastings is a 20 minute walk along the promenade to the pier, the old historic area of the town and the fishermans quarter.
