Property information

Situated in an Edwardian building, this Stylish, spacious, light and airy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with off road private parking space, is perfectly situated with the beach at one end of the road and shops, bars and restaurants at the other. There is allocated off road private parking for one vehicle. There is a large open plan living area with sofa, lounge chairs, table and chairs and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The master en-suite has a king size bed, the 2nd bed room can be set up as 3 single, twin, or Superking with or without a single.

Neighbourhood information

From the property it is few minutes walk to Southsea Shops, that offer supermarkets, numerous bars, restaurants, pubs, snack bars, take away, high street & boutique shops, all the shopping amenities you should need. The Beach, Pyramids leisure centre, Southsea castle and D-Day Museum are also a few minutes’ walk from the apartment across the common at the bottom of the road. A little further is Canoe Lake (with play park, model village, boating lake, tennis courts, beach, pier, areas to picnic) Close to local bus routes, cycle path and promenade.
