Our modern, bright and spacious apartment is within easy reach to Bournemouth's vibrant town & world-famous beaches. Bus stops are located directly outside, as is private free parking. The property has recently been refurbished to a high standard, especially for short & longer stays. It is therefore perfect for your holiday, or work trip and all the essentials are included. There is also an optional extra of a guest on our spacious sofa bed &/or substantial space for a cot in the bedroom, if required. This meticulous, modern apartment spans across 2 floors, incorporating an all-new kitchen, spacious living/working area & a beautiful bright bedroom with en-suite. The essentials included for you stay: Cooking utensils, pots/pans, glassware, kettle, toaster, microwave, tea etc, shower gel, toilet roll etc.

We have been private landlords for over 20 years, and in that time have managed many different residential and commercial properties around Dorset & Hampshire. We have recently decided to renovate x2 apartments in Bournemouth, and have renovated them with holiday in mind. We believe Bournemouth is the perfect place for your holiday; it's nestled between the famous Purbecks & The New Forest, it has miles of white sandy beaches, it borders one of the largest natural harbours in the world (Poole Harbour) and has copious restaurants and fun, filled activities close by! Bournemouth has you covered, whatever the reason, whatever the season!
There is a bus stop directly outside the apartment, take the number 13 bus and you will be in central Bournemouth within 15 minutes. (Or drive your car to be in central Bournemouth and its beaches within less than 10 minutes) Bournemouth University is a 20-25 minute walk away (Or just over a 5 minute drive) So its the perfect location to view the university, or for your friends and family to visit. Tesco a 1 minute walk from the apartment, there are other supermarkets and independent food shops a short walk away too. On Winton high street there is a large variety of takeaway shops, restaurants and cafes! The laundrette is opposite, if required. This is also a very central location to explore both the New Forest and the Purbecks, with this being a central hub in the middle of the two landmarks.
