The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, slow cooker, dining seating for two, a sitting area with Smart TV and a woodburning stove, and a first-floor snug with Smart TV with DVD player. There is a double bedroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a garden with lawn, patio and furniture, as well as private off-road parking available with electric charging point. Within 2.7 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.3 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted. Note: Although the garden is private it is not enclosed. Note: The bedroom has a vaulted ceiling with some low head height, please take care. Note: There is a 7kW electric car charger which can be used for any type of vehicle, and charged at approx. 30p/kWh payable directly to the owner. Betws-y-Coed is close by, and it's where you'll find the Snowdonia National Park Visitor Center and the beginning of the scenic Conwy Valley, which winds its way to Llandudno and Conwy on the coast.
