We have implemented EXTRA MEASURES to make our apartment a SAFE PLACE TO STAY by using specialised cleaning products. Comfortable 2 double bedroom Sheffield City Centre apartment with PARKING INCLUDED in price. Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with 2 twin beds (easy to join to make king bed). Memory foam mattresses. 2 double sofas and an armchair in lounge, 40" HD TV, Ultrafast broadband/WiFi + Netflix included in price, late check-out time (10:00 AM), 24 hour access and more. **PLEASE NOTE:** (1). There is a Damage Deposit of 100 pounds which is displayed as “Resort Fee”. This is fully refunded if there is no damage left to the property at check-out. (2). There is a doorbell camera monitoring the front door and the hallway of the apartment building.
I give my guests space but I am available when needed. I offer a fast check-in/check-out 24/7. My guests will not come into a direct contact with me, however I am available at all times to answer any questions regarding their stay at my apartment and the beautiful City of Sheffield and the majestic Peak District.
You will enjoy Kelham Island, once beating heart of industry - now one of the UK's hippest areas, with numerous pubs and breweries (some rewarded The best pub of the year). Lots of brilliant places to eat, drink or to have a coffee. City Centre is only 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk with so much to offer - shopping, leisure activities like World Snooker Championship, Galleries, Winter Garden, Casino etc. Weston Park International Sports Centre. Tesco Extra 10mins walk, Take aways 5mins walk, Pub 2mins walk, Bus/Trams in walking distance.
