This charming property offers an open plan living space with a comfortable and stylish lounge diner, well-equipped kitchen, shower room, king bedroom and a single room offering cosy accommodation of up to 3 guests. The enclosed, south-facing patio is a real highlight with beautiful views over the River Dart, the perfect spot to enjoy watching the sunset after a busy day exploring.

Galmpton Park is nestled between Torbay and the Dart Valley in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is a small and well-kept development of 46 privately owned holiday bungalows. If you love peaceful, rural tranquility with amenities and interesting places to visit nearby, it is heavenly. When you stay here, you can leave your car behind as there is so much available within easy reach. A convenient 10 minutes walk away is Galmpton village where you will find the local pub, village store and post office, family butcher and hairdresser. It is well situated for beaches too with three close by – Broadsands beach (1.4 miles) as well as dog-friendly Goodrington Sands (2.5 miles) and Elberry Cove (1 mile). Agatha Christie’s former home, the captivating Greenway House & Gardens (now National Trust), is just a mile down the road and a must-see during your stay. The park also offers superb views of the River Dart, across to Dartmoor in the distance. You can take a walk down to the Creek in 10 minutes, passing a gorgeous view of the Dart on the way. The area has plenty of appeal for dog owners or keen walkers, with fantastic walks from the doorstep.
