A lovely guest house in Portobello and easy parking just outside. Our room was spacious and comfortable with an extra dressing room and lovely outlook to back garden. Quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh but just an easy bus ride into Edinburgh. Our hosts Pam and Doug were very helpful on advising us how to get around and where to eat. There were a number of restaurants an easy walk away.

Wonderful guest-house in Portabello. A 20 minute or so bus ride from the Centre of Edinburgh and a short walk down to the beach. The room was huge and very comfy, the breakfast was lovely and set us up well for the day. Pam and Doug are great hosts, very helpful with tips of things to do. A really lovely place to stay a few days!

A very warm welcome, very good breakfast, nice location near bus stop with direct bus to centre of Edinburgh. When we arrived the owner did a tour through the room and beautifull house and had a lot of very good tips for eating and visiting.
