    The location is great as it is only a 5 minute walk to a great park and a river side walk but also a 5 minute walk to shops where you can get everything you need.

Light, spacious, comfy and well equipped, this is a beautifully fully renovated ground floor apartment. Very central to Crieff, at the heart of Strathearn, within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Yet Lower Earnside also benefits from being in a quiet residential area with easy parking. Perthshire straddles the Highlands and the Lowlands, offering a rich variety of scenery. Highland Perthshire is magnificently forested and the region has become branded as 'Big Tree Country'. DOG FRIENDLY!! The garden has had a lot of work done recently and is just perfect to sit out in and enjoy the Scottish air and scenery.
I will be available 24/7 during your stay should you have any questions or queries. Guests have access to the whole property and it is set up to ensure that all guests have an amazing time. It is my passion to ensure that guests leave feeling like they have had a 5 star experience without the price tag! Earnside is accessed via a key safe, key code will be given near arrival date. I own a cleaning company and I have under taken a course on cross-contamination. After each guests stay the property is strictly deep cleaned, all laundry and hard surfaces are given extra attention, ensuring the property is guest ready before their arrival.
Crieff, Scottish Gaelic: Craoibh, meaning "tree") is a Scottish market town in Perth and Kinross. It lies on the A85 road between Perth and Crianlarich, and the A822 between Greenloaning and Aberfeldy. The A822 joins the A823, which leads to Dunfermline. Crieff has become a hub for tourism. The nearby Innerpeffray Library (founded about 1680), is Scotland's oldest lending library. St Mary's Chapel, adjacent to the library, dates from 1508. Both are open to the public: the library is run by a charitable trust, while the chapel is in the care of Historic Scotland. Crieff is a bustling country town set amidst magnificent Perthshire scenery. Situated 18 miles west of Perth, Crieff straddles the Highland Boundary Fault where the rolling Lowland landscape meets majestic Highland terrain. Throughout medieval times the town was a major political and judicial centre that developed into the main cattle trading centre in Scotland between the 16th and 18th centuries. Drovers, and up to 30,000 black cattle, would converge on the huge livestock market.
