Seven Sisters is a fantastic area in which to base yourself because it has excellent transport links to the rest of the city, but remains much better value than a centrally located property. There are plenty of things to do and see in the area too, though. It’s a short walk from the house to Woodberry Wetlands, which is a series of reservoirs and nature reserves and is well worth a visit if you fancy unwinding after a busy day. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs and bars to explore in the area. Stamford Hill is a fascinating, historical area to the east. Just beyond Stamford Hill is Stoke Newington, an area popular with young professionals and families. Head in the other direction to explore South Tottenham, a buzzing and diverse area that is fast becoming the next big thing for young people and artists in London.
