Heydons House is a lovingly maintained, quaint, unique and typically Devon cottage. It is set in a peaceful area yet within a 5 minute level walk of the sea front and town center. It is tucked away at the end of a quiet no-through road, yet everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. It offers its own parking space by way of an integral garage. NOTE: Sat to Sat bookings only 16th July to End Aug. This true 2nd home is very comfortable furnished to a very high standard throughout. The accommodation is spacious and versatile. There are 3 main bedrooms but also a 4th room off the master bedroom, that is in essence a dressing room but has a single bed (with further pull out) so can be used as a 4th single or twin bedroom. The layout of the cottage will also suit couples who just like a little more space and comfort. Free wi-fi is provided. A real feature of the cottage is the Newly refurbished (March 2022) large, country style kitchen. The central focus of which is an impressive Aga but there is also a traditional oven too. You can stretch out in private or dine al fresco in the sunny private courtyard. There is even room for the kids to play in complete safety.

Sidmouth really is a town like no other, located in East Devon and full of friendly faces and beautiful scenery, it is no wonder that Sidmouth is a firm favourite among families and tourists looking for a seaside resort. The dramatic cliffs, fresh sea air and the abundance of attractions makes it a wonderful place to recharge the batteries. It’s the kind of town where you can do everything or nothing at all, you can make a splash by taking on some watersports, savour a cream tea or two at one of the town’s many hotels and cafes, spend some time exploring the South West Coast Path or just curl up in your cottage and relax!
