This top-floor, 2-bedroom apartment boasts a modern kitchen/bathroom, luxury fixtures, and fittings, along with a parking lot next door in a car park.
Centrally located, it’s just a 5-minute walk to Chinatown, the Arcadian, Gay Village, and 10-minute walk to the Bullring shopping district and New Street Train Station.
Enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and superfast Wi-Fi on the TV, plus a fully equipped kitchen.
Your stay also includes a Welcome Guide, packed with essential information.
Parking is not available inside the apartment block as we don’t have a permit. However, there’s a gated car park nearby for 12.00 per 24 hours, or you can find free street parking outside Gooch Street North (B5 6QS) between 6pm and 8am.
