The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining seating for two and a sitting room with electric fire and TV with Freeview. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room and a single. Outside, there is enclosed rear decking with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.9 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
