Welcome to our cosy one-bedroom apartment located in the Knowledge Quarter. Perfect for business travellers or a quick weekend getaway. Our apartment is a stones throw from Lime Street Station, Royal Liverpool University Hospital, and the gorgeous St Georges Hall. Theatre goers will benefit with Liverpool's Empire Theatre a minutes walk away. Not to mention the Walker Art Gallery, Universities, St Johns Shopping Centre, Queen Square and much much more! This apartment is located in the heart of the city which means plenty of tourist spots, cafes, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. Please expect noise from the bustling street surrounding the building. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
