A very quiet neighbourhood with peaceful mature gardens. Just a short walk to Mengham village which has a variety or shops and bars. The beach is approximately 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive away. There is a seaside railway, fun fair and watersports available on Hayling. A short drive or passenger ferry gets you to Southsea where you can easily get to Portsmouth, Gunwharf Quays & Old Portsmouth. Goodwood is 15 minutes East, Poultons Park is 40 minutes & New Forest 45 minutes to the West so we are ideally located for plenty to do for both adults and children. Hayling is a small seaside town with funfair, seaside railway, lots of ice cream parlours and plenty of beaches. It is perfect for couples and families to relax and enjoy the sunshine. There are numerous pubs that cater for families or couples, ranging from West Town Inn with fabulous beer garden to Drift at the marina with cocktails and harbour views.
