Our house is just three mintes away from the shops yet incredibly peaceful and quiet. The spacious 5 bedroom property is ideal for one or more families who want to be right in town yet only minutes from the beach, river, shops, parks, bars and resturants. With off street parking for up to 4 cars and a large garden with a patio that offers outside dining there is space for everyone to relax and do their thing. There are smart TVs in both the lounge and the breakfast room. Wifi is fast here. Our house is a family home from home and is not to be used for parties, stag or hen events. The rental will be brought to an imediate close and you will be asked to vacate the building shoud this strict rule be broken.
I love living in Exmouth: the beach, the estuary, the people and the traditional seaside town. I enjoy nothing more than spending time at our holiday home, it's so peaceful and spacious, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Whether inside appreciating the calm space afforded by the reception rooms with their high ceilings or enjoying a BBQ or hot tub soak in the garden all is good. I've really appreciated the positive feedback from families that have stayed with us and having the opportunity to provide the backdrop to so many happy holidays. I look forward to welcoming you to Exmouth.
A generally quiet residential area consisting of Grade 2 listed buidings. There is a church next door and a Police Station opposite. The town centre shops and eateries are minutes away and include a Marks & Spencer food hall, local butchers, greengrocers and bakeries as well as a good range of local shops. The train station is a 5 minute walk and will take you on a scenic journey, via the river edge villages, to the Cathedral City of Exeter in under half an hour. The buses will take a little longer but their are several bus stops just a minute or so from the house. You could cycle. The town is served with a good range of cycle paths taking you along the coast to Budleigh Salterton (a little hilly) or up the river to Exeter (pretty flat) to Exeter and beyond. Electric cycles are available to rent from the nearby charging station. There is a lot within walking distance to. Within no time you can be at the seafront, the river, the park or the countryside.
