This annexe has one family bedroom with a double and a single, along with a shower room and an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is allocated parking for one car and a shared garden with a barbecue, fire pit and furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. There's a shop and pub in 0.5 miles and a beach within a mile. Sorry, no pets or smoking at this property. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. Jen's Place is a bright annexe for a memorable break to Cornwall. Note: Arrival time is from 6pm.
