The property is a new build and it&#39;s beautifully designed and situated in a newly developed and very quiet area with friendly neighbours. Please note that the sofa-bed is in the living room and I live in the property. You can find the following close by: - Co-op supermarket: 7 min walk - Takeaways: 10 min walk. - Post office: 5-7 min walk - bus stop: 5 min walk - Hospital: 10 mins drive - Town centre: 25 min walk or 10 min drive - Train station: 10-15 mins drive - Motorway: 10 mins drive. There&#39;s access to free WiFi &amp; Sky TV and indoor and outdoor storage available if needed.
I am a friendly &amp; easy going host. I&#39;m up for socialising with guests and also quite happy to give you your space and be out of your way. Whichever way you decide is fine by me. The neighbours here are all very nice and friendly and there is barely enough noise day or night so the area is ideal if you are after some peace and quiet.
