Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. A stylish first floor apartment set in the heart of Eastbourne - with a private parking space. This contemporary holiday flat has a kingsize bedroom and a single bedroom with an extra pull out child bed - so could suit three adults or two adults with two children. The spacious dining lounge has eye-catching orange leather sofas in front of a flatscreen Smart TV with complimentary Netflix log in. The dining table is set in the big bay window so you can watch the world go by. The separate galley-style kitchen is well equipped for a self catering holiday including an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer and a good array of pots, pans and utensils. Coffee lovers will especially enjoy the Nespresso machine (bring your own pods or buy locally). The bathroom has a bath with shower over and you'll find towels and linen in place for your stay (although bring your own beach towels please). You'll find this beautifully presented apartment is set in a great location if you want to be close to the action. There are shops and restaurants within a block from the building, and the train station or beach are within a few minutes walk. WiFi, towels and linen provided.

Whether you fancy taking in a West End show or concert at Eastbourne's fabulous bandstand, enjoying a stroll on the pier, roller skating along the promenade or even having a go at some water sports, Eastbourne can offer it all. The charming town centre has a surprising number of excellent restaurants and a good selection of shops to while away a few hours. There is also the excellent contemporary Towner art gallery, plus four theatres, bars and clubs. It is also a family friendly resort – to keep the kids entertained, the Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway, Treasure Island and Fort Fun offer plenty of entertainment, including rides, crazy golf and go-karting, and there are bags of further attractions.
