No parties are accepted in the apartments and no noise is accepted past 21.00.

Only the number of people stated on the occupancy room type can be accommodated at the booked apartment.

Please note that the card holder of the card used to make the booking must be present for check-in. You are also required to bring photo ID for check-in or to be send beforehand. If this is not possible, the card holder is required to complete a third party authorisation form prior to check-in.

A scanned copy of a photo ID or passport will be required prior to arrival for security and verification purposes.

Payment is required via bank transfer prior to arrival. The property will contact you once you have made a booking detailing the payment instructions.

All guests must be of at least 18 years of age.

Please note that there is no lift in the building.

Nasa busy area ang property na 'to, at may pagkakataon na magiging maingay para sa mga guest.

Ang mga oras na tahimik ay sa pagitan ng 22:00:00 at 08:00:00.

Makakatanggap ang mga guest ng rental agreement na dapat pirmahan at ibalik sa accommodation bago ang pagdating. Kung walang natanggap na kasunduan ang mga guest sa oras, dapat nilang kontakin ang property management company sa number sa booking confirmation.

Puwede lang mag-check in ang mga guest na wala pang 18 taong gulang kapag may kasamang magulang o official guardian.

Bilang tugon sa Coronavirus (COVID-19), kasalukuyang ipinapatupad sa accommodation na ito ang karagdagang patakaran sa kaligtasan at kalinisan.

Kailangan ng damage deposit na £100 sa pagdating. Kukunin ito sa pamamagitan ng credit card. Makukuha mo ang reimbursement sa check out. Ire-refund nang buo ang deposit mo sa pamamagitan ng credit card, pagkatapos na mag-inspect ng accommodation mo.
