The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Renovated to a modern finish with all amenities available, all thats left to finish is the kitchen to fit to the standards of the rest of the house. Just a 5 minute drive to the coast and North Shields fish quay. 15 minutes from Newcastle city centre. Sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms with the addition of a sofa bed available. (please advise if you need to sofa bed) In the summer pull the bifold doors back and enjoy the large decking area out the back with a large gas bbq to be used.
I’ll be available to call as much as practicably possible during your stay and advise with any help you may need to make your stay more comfortable.
The drive has 2 spaces for cars available with an additional 2 spaces on the road infront. The house is located in a nice secure area at the end of a street in a cul-de-sac with no passing cars or connecting paths. I have cameras at the front and back of the property.
