Company information

Adliv Host was established in 2020 after successfully managing our own holiday let properties for a couple of years. We currently manage 4 properties, all of which are located in the Thanet area. We are now looking to not only grow our own portfolio but manage other holiday lets in the local area. Adliv Host is run by a Husband and Wife Team who both live in the local area. All guest communication is handled by them personally to ensure the best service is delivered at all times. What to expect when you book with us Upon booking, you will receive an email with the steps that you need to complete to confirm the booking. We do require all stays to pre authorise a payment method for a refundable damage deposit of four hundred pounds . Assuming no damage has been caused to the property during your stay, this deposit is fully refundable and will arrive back in you bank 5-10 working days after check out (depending on bank.) We also require the lead guest to sign and agree to our T&C’s and upload a copy of either their driving licence or passport for verification via Signable.

Located within minutes from the golden sands of Ramsgate’s main beach with incomparable views of the UK’s only Royal Harbour Marina, Harbourview is perfectly situated for anyone looking for a luxury break on the Southeast Coast of Kent.

Neighbourhood information

Overlooking the only Royal Harbour in the UK, Harbourview sits on the Westcliff of Ramsgate and is perfectly placed for anyone looking for a seaside getaway. Just a stone’s throw away from some of Ramsgate’s finest eateries, Harbourview is ideal if you want to explore as well as relax. The construction of the harbour began in 1749 and was completed in around 1850-rich in history and a favourite holiday destination of Queen Victoria in her childhood.
