Company information

Christopher & David moved back to the beautiful Conwy valley area after more than 25-years living and working in San Francisco, California. A definite change of pace! We want you to have a relaxing stress-free stay in our Victorian home close to the centre of the village and will do everything to make your stay exceptional. Did you know..? In the late 1800's Betws-y-Coed was a well known artists colony! We honour this history by showcasing the original works of todays leading Welsh artists. You'll see this in both the public areas and your private room.

Property information

Mary’s Court (aka Mairlys, original Welsh language name) is a beautiful "traditional with a twist..." 1860's Victorian B&B ideally situated in the heart of Betws-y-Coed, the 'gateway' to the Eryri/Snowdonia National Park. We offer six guest bedrooms, all with ensuite shower rooms, and double or king mattresses and two guest lounges showcasing original contemporary Welsh artists. Also off-street parking (for regular-sized vehicles) and high-speed (usually!) internet. Centrally located - just a short walk and you will be in the centre of the village, with easy access to all its amenities, public transport and forest trails.

Neighbourhood information

Betws-y-Coed is ideally located for those wishing to explore the area; we have stunning coastlines in Conwy county, Anglesey and the Llyn Peninsula & further afield. Plenty of high adrenaline activities on our doorstep such as Zip World & Surf Snowdonia, as well as the stunning scenery of the Eryri/Snowdonia National Park. Lots of walking trails - from 1 to 6 hours - originating in the village into the surrounding Gwydr Forest.
