Martell Cottage consists of a kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, a dining/sitting area with electric fire, a snug with TV, and a utility. The bedrooms consist of king-size with en-suite shower, a double, a twin, a single, a ground-floor twin, and a ground-floor single, along with bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, bike storage, summer house, and off-road parking. Pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the price. There is a step up to the shower in the ground-floor shower room, please take care. The kitchen and living/dining room has no door between them. There is CCTV at the property both at the front and rear; this is for security reasons and CCTV will be turned off when guests are stag, hens or similar parties
