Within the award-winning Shorefield Country Park is this delightful lodge. With a spacious open plan living; dining room with a well equipped kitchen, opening onto private decking with outdoor furniture. At the rear of the lodge there are 4 bedrooms; the master bedroom has a kindsize bed and en-suite bathroom, there are 2 double bedrooms (one being a small double) , and a twin room, all sharing a modern family bathroom. All bedrooms are well-furnished to provide ample storage and comfort. There are 2 private parking spaces available at the front of the property. Well behaved fury friends welcome ! Please note: Shorefield Country Park are undergoing some refurbishment works – starting 28h Oct until 1 st April 2023. “We are delighted to announce that we will be carrying out a full refurbishment of main complex facilities this winter. This project has been a long time coming, so as of the 28 October 2022 we will be closing the Tides Bar Restaurant, Showbar, Beach Bar and arcade, to allow for an exciting overhaul and redesign, featuring more seating and outdoor areas as well as a complete kitchen move. We will be reopening the facilities on 01 April 2023. What will be available during my stay? · The indoor swimming pool and gym will remain open as normal. · Reflections day Spa will be moved to a lodge on park so that treatments may continue peacefully away from the building noise. · There will be a bar and limited food service operated from the former Spa area upstairs, now known as High Tides. Any four-legged friends will be welcome too. · There will be a varied takeaway and delivery service available during this time. · Woof’s Worksop activities will also still be available to book. · During the evening, our loveable characters will be making an appearance for a photo and possibly a story. · This will be followed by Bingo, a quiz and cabaret on select nights with one of our team.”

On-site you will find a range of facilities to keep the whole family busy; ranging from indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fully-equipped gym with fitness classes, a children’s play area and a spa which is perfect for a rainy day. If you are into your fishing, there is a well-stocked carp lake which is just a minute's walk away, plus there are many opportunities for sea fishing along the coast. When you tire of all that is on offer at the park, venture out to the nearby New Forest National Park, exploring the idyllic glades, ancient woodland, open moors and cliff top walks, or take the short walk to the beach at Milton-on-Sea, where you can spend an afternoon soaking up the sun or paddling in the sea. For a family day out, consider visiting Peppa Pig World, Marwell Zoo and Monkey World, which are all within close reach of the lodge.
