The Old Town of Hastings taking centre stage through it's quirky charm & Historic feel. Whilst St Leonards offers a developing sophisticated outlook with plenty of fantastic restaurants. I am more than happy to give you tips and point you in the direction of great places to eat, take a scenic walk or just explore 1066 country to make your holiday more special.

Property information

Having been lovingly improved, this home has a brand new kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, butlers sink, teas & coffees and all the other bits a kitchen should have. The living space offers a comfy sofa, Sky tv, books and games for the kids, dining table, space for shoes and coats, blankets and electric (stove style) heater for the colder nights. Sleeping quarters offer a double bed in the front bedroom, wardrobe and chest of drawers, large mirror to make sure you look great. Two single beds to the rear bedroom, hanging rail and chest of drawers, the back room offers lovely views of the East Hill. The new bathroom suite includes a bath, with luxurious shower above, sink, toilet and well other bathroom stuff. Outside you will find a table and chairs within a private rear garden, perfect for the warmer nights and a nice bottle.

Neighbourhood information

Being one of the main residential Streets in the Old Town, the High Street is a fantastic location, one way Road and a plethora of interesting buildings to look at. There's a great pub nearby, it's pretty quite, but great for a drink and offers amazing food. The house is located in the middle of the Road, everything is within walking distance, so no need to drive whilst you're here.
