The area is bounded by Southwark Bridge Road to the east, Tower Bridge Road to the west, the River Thames to the south, and Borough High Street to the north. It is one of the oldest parts of London, with a history that dates back to the Roman era. Bermondsey has been a centre of industry since the Middle Ages and is now home to a wide range of businesses, including a number of cafés, restaurants, bars, and galleries making it an ideal place to live.
