Regency House is the perfect place to stay for families, individuals and couples who want a home away from home feeling. Each room has been decorated to provide a warm homely feeling and there is a large communal lounge/diner and a fully equipped kitchen for tea/coffee making facilities or if you wish to prepare a meal. Rooms can be booked out individually and communal areas are shared or the entire house can be booked out for private use. We have a total of 6 bedrooms and the property can accommodate up to 10 guests. Our double/twin rooms come with an en-suite, but the single room room has a private bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. The property comes with a private garden, perfect for the warm weather and there is a private car park free to all guests. CCTV is in the communal areas only and outside the property for guest security.

The property is situated on the main road into Loughborough, but it is set back. It is surrounded by other guest houses in the area, a private school opposite and other residential properties. It is also a very short walk to Loughborough town centre and close to all major transport links.
