This very large guest house features 12 bedrooms - 11 of which are ensuite and 1 room although the bathroom is not located inside of the room, is located next door and only is used by this room. In total, there are 4 triple rooms, 2 king rooms, 3 double rooms, and 3 single rooms. Each room features hot drink facilities, TV, hotel grade linen, 100% cotton towels, TV, plenty of spare sockets, ample storage and a desk. All bathrooms feature a WC, sink and walk-in shower (with the exception of bedroom 1 which has a bath with an overhead shower) and come with soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. 8 bedrooms are up 1 flight of stairs on the 1st floor and the remaining 4 bedrooms and living spaces are located on the ground floor. The rest of the house features a spacious kitchen and open-plan dining and living room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you would expect including an induction hob, washing machine, dryer, massive fridge and freezer, microwave and more. The outside features a large car park enough to fit 8 cars. Parking is free, safe and private. There is so much for everyone to see and enjoy in Inverness - the heart of the Scottish Highlands. Explore the enchanting historical sites such as Inverness Castle, Culloden Battlefield and the infamous Loch Ness and perhaps catch a glimpse of the legendary Loch Ness Monster. Stroll along the picturesque banks of the River Ness, where you can enjoy scenic walks and take in the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
