KITCHEN AND SMART CINEMA LIVING ROOM - Full kitchen, washing machine. It is an spacious open plan living room with modern accent walls and the designated CINEMA area with our 4K signature projector setting surrounded by two sofas and plenty of cushions and blankets. Prepare yourselves your favourite drink and meal and unwind in the immersive experience! ☆○o Also, for those professional guests there is a dedicated office space with a desk and chair. KING SIZE BEDROOM WITH AMBILIGHT - Spacious bedroom with a comfy double bed and 55 inch Philips smart TV with Ambilight! The lights on the TV will project the colours of what you are watching! Not to be missed. We provide a baby cot and a third bed and complete bedding upon request, please let us know. BATHROOM - Soft close toilet, big basin, tiled walls, built in hotel-like hair dryer with a vanity mirror and wall mounted gel and shampoo dispenser. Safe neighbourhood and very lively! full of places to go and things to do. CCTV and concierge at the building. Grade II scenic buildings which are normally used to record movies and series as THE CROWN. Free Parking on premises. There is always spaces available. The train station is very close and easy access to Leeds. The Alhambra Theatre and The Broadway are 10 mins away:) Retail park literally walking distance with big Tesco and plenty of restaurants as Subway, Greggs, Steakhouse, etc...
