Staff were very friendly. Location was excellent.

It was a beautiful hotel with lovely big rooms.

Comfortable bed and pillows, slept like a baby!

The hotel is super close to the station and everything else in Leeds centre. We had an amazing stay, the room was super comfortable and they even set up a little station for our dog including a goody bag which was so cute! Can’t recommend enough!

It was perfect! The hotel looks and feels very expensive. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. I checked in an hour earlier without any additional payment which was very nice. They provided a qiuter room for me which was also amazing. The room was big, very comfortable bed, super clean. Lots of complimentary snacks as well :)

The room was spacious and very clean . We had both a bath and a shower which was unexpected and we loved the adherance to the green policy by not changing towels etc every day . The fridge was also a nice touch . We were on the 18th floor so our stay was very quiet .

Everything was great, we spent only a night because we had to catch an early flight but we had a great experience. We checked in with Andres who was super kind and very welcoming!

There was no breakfast it’s a very nice little hotel

Great area, easy to reach. Nice bed, clean

The location is fantastic as it is very near to the centre of town.

I loved the room, it was very clean, hygienic and spacious. The staff were very polite. Overall it was value for money.

Reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The hotel is on a quiet no through road in the heart of Leeds. Walking to shops, restaurants and areas of interest is very safe and easy.

Great location, comfortable room and quick checkin and checkout

My fav hotel, I always come back for it.

Excellent hotel and near to First Direct Arena. Staff were great. My only comment would be the £20 addition for parking. But at least you could park

Good location Very very clean, nice staff

Super friendly staff at all points of our stay. Delicious breakfast with great variety. Comfortable room. Great to have leisure facilities available.

The room was huge. The bed was extremely comfortable with good quality linen and towels spotlessly clean. Great to have coffee and tea making facilities, complimentary water and biscuits a lovely welcoming touch
