The single bunk room is snug, but there is room for a good quality bunk bed and storage with enough space to walk around comfortably. Access to the Goldenbank area is from Bickland Water Road so driving to Falmouth town takes around 5-10 minutes.

Number 27, Swanpool is located on a new build estate in the Goldenbank area of Falmouth, within a level 10 minute walk of Swanpool beach. Access to the Goldenbank area is from Bickland Water Road so driving to Falmouth town takes around 5-10 minutes. The single allocated parking space gives plenty of room for one vehicle but guests should note that the entrance is relatively tight, hence you must park with care. There is additional residential parking on the road outside the property but this is on a first come, first served basis. Guests should be aware that this property is on a new build development within relatively close proximity to other residential dwellings. The neighbourhood is made up of working professionals and young families, in a nice and quiet end of Falmouth town.
