Enjoy the best of the Norfolk Broads in comfort. A newly converted 1 bedroom apartment, offering modern living space within easy walking distance of Wroxham and the beautiful waterfront. Visit the famous “Roy’s” and Bewilderwood (3 min) or enjoy a drink watching the boat go by. The apartment offers ground floor, single level facilities including low profile shower. A king size bed and 2x single sofa beds + travel cot. Just minutes walk to bus and trains for easy access to the whole of Norfolk.

Brook Park is a newly built residential development. The spacious feel is what attracted us to the property. We boarder a large open green with mature trees and landscaping. We have 2 childrens playparks within 5 minutes walk and good access to cycle paths. The area has good on and off street parking.
