I’m a full time farmer and owner of the extraordinary GOLDINGS ESTATE HERTFORD. We are a conservation project supported by DEFRA and are designated Countryside Stewardship. We have native rare breed traditional breeds such as Dexter cattle , Gloucester old spot pigs , sheep such as the rare Soya , grey face Dartmoor , Shetland. We allow our animals to forage in their family groups our 60 acre grade 2 listed ancient woodlands, meadows and waterways . We are a unique family business, and encourage families and local groups such as scouts , brownies to visit a real working farm. We receive referrals from local government and charities for those who would benefit from our extremely friendly animals .

The Goldings canal and the extraordinary rare chalk stream , River Beane run through the estate. The vaulted barn is uniquely interior designed with all the comforts of home , huge dining table and comfy sofa area with LOG Burning fire . Wake up in a king size bed with spectacular views. Enjoy a bbq or fire pit in the outdoor covered dining area terrace. Perfect for couples , families or a girly break.
