The first Floor of this property contains the Kitchen/Dining room which comes well equipped for all your home cooking and dining. Main appliances include an oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. The kitchen has been decorated to a high level and sets the standard for the whole property. Across from the kitchen you will find a relaxing Lounge area with a large sofa, tv, coffee table and a comfortable reading corner lit by a large sash window. This floor also contains the unique bathroom(s) one containing only a walk in shower and the other opposite, containing a toilet and basin. The second floor contains two double bedrooms The first comes with a large King sized bed, mirror, chest of drawers, bedside tables, lamps and carefully selected décor. The second is a twin room containing two single beds, a chest of drawers, lamp & mirror. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
