Peartree Cottage is a much-loved traditional stone cottage, offering all the creature comforts you could need along with a bucolic view that is a photographer's dream. Built-in 1877 this charming stone cottage is filled with character and original features including huge sash windows and high ceilings. On the ground floor, you’ll find a pretty country-style living/dining room with huge windows, and a cosy fireplace with a wood-burning stove for chilly nights and rainy afternoons. There’s also a compact but well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bath and a separate shower and a handy cloakroom with an extra toilet. Upstairs there are three comfortable bedrooms with views over the front and rear of the cottage. The large, gently sloping garden is shared with any guests who may be staying in the adjacent Bluebell Cottage but there is plenty of space for all including a garden table and chairs and a charcoal barbecue.
