Use of shared kitchen and front door access. The property is my permanent private residence and is kept immaculate. The Room is not suitable for night shift working and Precludes the use of the listing to facilitate the sale or sales of goods or services. Bookings can only be made by the guest. Bookings are not accepted on behalf of guests without host consent in writing. Friends are welcome to visit for up to an hour on each occasion one occasion per day

I am a current 5*super host since Nov 2015, these rooms are also listed on another popular website and are on the 1st floor of the house. I am single, my hobbies are fly fishing, light sport pilot and motorcycling

The room is a 10 minute walk from the rail station, bus station and city centre where there are restaurants and licenced premises. This is a safe quiet and well lit area Towels and bedding are provided including mattress, pillow and duvet protectors There is a tinytots travel cot available should you have baby with you - There is a very handy Tesco Extra store 300 metres, 6 min walk away with Lidl and Aldi close by Car parking is limited to non marked bays only - there are usually some available , if not the road close to the side of the house is available for parking, - guest car parking is always at your own risk - the development is landscaped and professionally maintained. Guests use the front door and ground floor hallway to access the 1st floor room
