It was beautifully decorated - lots of individual style with everything you might want but not too crowded. Real character in the building, maximised by the decorative style. It was a great location - lovely views (the A40 is in the distance but we quickly got used to that), a quiet street but super close to the town centre and all its amenities. I'm not used to parking on a hill but even though we came at high season I was always able to drop passengers off opposite the door and then park downhill on the flat. Plenty of kitchen equipment. Everything very clean and very fresh. Ross itself is full of character. I've never seen so independents. There are also plenty of lovely things to do a short drive away (I didn't check out public transport).

Radcliffe Guest House is a beautiful 17th Century property, offering a wealth of character and charm. It is a family run guest house just a few minutes walk into the beautiful market town of Ross on Wye, as well as a few seconds walk to the meandering River Wye. Ideally based for exploring local shops and eateries as well as water sports, walking and cycling pursuits.
The owners of the guest house, Geoffrey and Kim Rosenberger, maintain a steadfast commitment to meticulous attention to detail and cleanliness as our foremost priorities. Our paramount aim is to ensure that guests are warmly greeted upon their arrival. Both Geoffrey and Kim are avid outdoor enthusiasts, dedicating a significant portion of their leisure time to exploring various walking, hiking, and mountain biking trails accessible directly from the doorstep of Radcliffe Guest House.
Radcliffe Guest House is situated on Wye Street overlooking the River Wye and surrounding beautiful Herefordshire countryside it is a few minutes walk into the town of Ross-on-Wye where there is a variety of great pubs and restaurants. Ross-on-Wye is well-connected with public transport routes. Day trippers can hop on/off local buses to visit tourist attractions without the hassle of driving and parking. The Forest of Dean and Symonds Yat is only a 15-minute drive, making the property perfectly located for all outdoor activities.
